Bonanza Park Hotel By Olivia Hotels Collection - Calvia (Mallorca)

The check in was early and the atmosphere was comfortable throughout the hotel. The rooms were spotless and neat with pleasant views over Palma bay. The breakfast was extensive and warm, with excellent food choice. Also, location was particularly good, just 5 minutes walk from Illetes Centre.

The location was good, specially it was in front of a bus stop which was useful. The restaurant was great for a superb meal here, I had hot dishes...

The hotel has fully met our expectations... Hotel location, room and meals, especially dinner, all at the highest level. It's a very beautiful area.

One word FAULTLESS.We do alot of travelling and this hotel is the best by far.We stayed 5 nights the location was fantastic.A Totally relaxed break made possible from the all the staff at the bonanza Park. We were made to feel so special everyday. The Hotel is immaculatly clean, the gardens well maintained and the rooms are so so comfortable. One thing is we will be back

Outstanding food, super-friendly staff from the towel guy to the senior management. Lovely and perfect location in the restaurant Conso, easy to get anywhere. For shots visit Illetas Boulevard Restaurante, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Were put in the Riu Bonanza Playa accross the road on sea front so answers apply to this hotel.Riu B Park was not open.Food was fantastic As were the staff and atmosphere.Rooms were spotless and very nicely fitted,The situation was perfect for our requirements.Lovely walks along the sea front to little coves and beaches.Very easy acscess to Palma, Bus stop outside hotel but you can walk all the way if you want as pavement right the way in.Beautiful veiw from recption,dinning room and bedroom,over pool and deck area and sea.Public areas inside very spacious and very well kept.Nice pool and sunbathing area,loads of space.Very good value.Had a great week.

Bars a bit expensive.

Quiet hotel, not bad pools (whole 2), neat area, clean linens and good towels, regular cleaning in the room.

It's a long way from the beach. Not a very diverse diet (breakfasts and dinners - the same at 95%, for 10 days, in fact, can podnadost).

We enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and even played a couple of rounds of golf. The location is perfect for peace and quiet. It's close to Palma's bustling vibes. The breakfast spread was fantastic too.

One downside was slight maintenance issues, like the air conditioning not working perfectly at times. But it didn't overshadow our great experience.

The location - close to the beaches and bus to Palma outside the door. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The second room I was in was a good size, really nice big balcony with lovely view. Rooms were clean and were tidied every day.

The first room I was put in was very small on 6th floor with hooks falling off the wall etc. but I was moved as soon as I complained was extremely happy with the second room. The wifi was a huge disappointment - I needed to watch on-line lectures but it kept cutting out on me.

The whole experience was 1st class. The whole hotel is spotless Rooms are very , very comfortable. We had a front seaview room ,the views are wonderful. Food very good, wide choice, food that needed to be served hot , certainly was. At breakfast it was good to be able to have a pot of coffee . The staff were wonderful, they did everything to make sure that your stay was perfect. We are returning next year for sure.

The hotel is perfect for families, with a wonderful pool that kept our kids entertained all day. We loved the super calm place, with beautiful gardens and a close proximity to Illetas.

In my wife's opinion, there should be more kid-friendly dining options available.

An excellant run hotel nothing to much trouble for the Manageress and staff the food is good and you would have to be a very picky person to choose fault. The grounds, pools, etc kept to a high standard there is a tennis table discretely placed in the gardens as is crazy golf also a snooker table or maybe a billiard table (dont know the difference) in a room inside. The rooms are spacious and comfortable the balcony good we had room 566 with side seaview and overlooking the gardens. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and the buses run every 10 minutes into Palma.

Would have liked a light on the balcony to read by.
